The Origin
She saw a gap between how people buy homes and how they deserve to live in them.
The services that surround a home — finding it, caring for it, living well within it — were fragmented across agencies, contractors, and concierge desks that did not talk to each other. Clients were left to coordinate everything themselves, trusting people who had no stake in the outcome and no view of the whole picture.
Kitthanya "Claire" Thanajirasak had spent years in Bangkok's finest hotels, where she learned that true service is invisible, anticipatory, and built on trust. She founded Karunā Tavère to bring that standard to private life: one relationship that encompasses finding the right home, protecting it as if it were her own, and elevating everyday life to a standard most people only experience on holiday.
The advisory is deliberately personal. Every client engagement receives Claire's direct attention, supported by a carefully chosen network of specialists across property, design, construction, and lifestyle. Bangkok is the foundation. The vision reaches further.

Our clients use alias names. Data is compartmentalised so that staff only see what they need. The trust placed in us is the architecture on which everything is built, and we protect it with the rigour of a Swiss private bank.
